A recommender over two years of Meadow Vet Care booking history. Pick a pet, choose how the engine thinks, and see the top three services it predicts, with a reason and a match score for each.
Matches a service to the pet itself: same species, the categories it already books, and its life stage. Works even with zero history, which is why the kitten still gets sensible ideas.
Ignores the service and looks at behaviour: pets that booked what this pet booked also booked X. Powerful with history, silent without it. That silence is the cold-start problem, live.
The coverage panel recomputes every pet's top three and shows which services never surface for anyone. Meadow's birds and small mammals fall off the map: a fairness and coverage gap, not a bug.
